BADEH GETS N2BN BAIL

-        The former Chief of air marshal, Alex Badeh has been granted N2bn bail yesterday, by the Justice Okon Mbang’s Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja.

-        The Justice ordered that Badeh should produce two sureties: worth N1 billion each, who must be residents of the FCT, with landed properties in Abuja.

-        In his rulling, Justice Okon said the offences on the face of the charge before the court are bail-able in nature.

-      He also added that the accused person is presumed under the section 35 of the 1999 constitution to be innocent until the contrary is proven.
