CAN ELECTION: WHO SUCEEDS ARCHBISHOP CLETUS BASSEY.



-          The tenure of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) exco, led by Arch Bishop Cletus Bassey, ends on Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
-          A new executive of the body is to be elected same day.
-          Addressing a cross section of the media in his office, the bishop thanked God for a rewarding two term tenure which pivoted the church in AKS.
-          The contenders for the new seat of CAN in AKS are Bishop Ekom Roberts from organization of African Institute churches (OAIC) block, and Nduese Essien of the Christian council of Nigeria (CCN) block.
