The central bank of Nigeria (CBN), yesterday uncovered
plot by some criminals to defraud it.

In a press statement signed by the acting
director of communications, Mr. Isaac Okoroafor said that the management has
decided to replace all key personnel involved in the matter.

Mr. Okoroafor said that the incidence has been
reported to the relevant authorities and security agents.

He assured the general public that the security
of the apex bank remains intact.
