COMMUNITY EXPRESSES READINESS TO SUPPORT GOVERNMENT PROGRAMMES

-           The people of Okat Community in Onna LGA have expressed their readiness to support government in its state programmes.

-          The community head- elect, Obong Friday Ben Umoren recounted how previous administrations failed to fulfil their promises.

-          Obong Umoren said that Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) have a combined survey of the area, but failed to do the needful.

-          The chief thanked the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel for awarding the road project, immediately after being sworn- in.
