COURT ASKS TO ORDER ARREST OF EL- ZAKZAKY’S WIFE

-           A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja is asked to order the immediate arrest and prosecution of Mrs. Zeenat El- Zakzaky, wife of the leader Shiˈite movement in Nigeria, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.

-            After the killing of members of the movement and arrest of her husband, Mrs. El-Zakzaky allegedly made inciting statement.

-          The Plaintiff in the suit, Danbaba Gyang also prayed the court to declare the Iranian Ambassador in Nigeria, Saeed Koozechi, a security threat to the country.

-          The Plaintiff also wants the court to declare that the IGP, DSS, and AGF abdicated their duties by failing to investigate arrest and prosecute members and leaders of the Shiˈite movement, for breach of public peace and attempted assassination.
