CUSTOM BANS IMPORTATION OF RICE AT LAND BORDERS

-          The Nigeria Custom Service (NCS) have again re-introduced the restriction order on importation of rice through land borders across the country.

-          An upsurge of number of seizures, have been reported across the land borders, since January 2016.

-          The Controller General of NCS, say that his officers and men cannot be totally exonerated from the abuse associated with the implementation of the restriction order.

-          He insisted that indicted personnel will be seriously sanctioned
