CUSTOMS, ARMY TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONS

-           The Zonal Coordinator, Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Zone “A” Assistant Comptroller General Eporwei Edike has urged the Nigerian Army not to relent in its mandate of national security.

-          Edike made the appeal during a visit to the office of the General Officer Commanding 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major General Isidore Edet.

-          Edike commended the efforts of army officers deployed to border areas, adding that their support enabled customs to achieve numerous successes.

-           Responding, Edet thanked Edike for finding it necessary to appreciate army support, adding that both Customs and Army work together to defend and secure the country.
