Yesterday, Ado Ekiti was agog as the member of
Ekiti State House of Assembly, Honourable Afolabi Akanni who was arrested on
March 4 and detained for 18 days by the Department of State Services (DSS)
returned to the state to a rousing welcome.

Reportedly, Akanni was flown into the state in a
helicopter marke 5N- BRL.

In jubilation, a mammoth crowd came to welcome
Hon. Afolabi Akanni in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital.

Governor Ayodele Fayose, while addressing the
mammoth crowd, thanked God for bringing the lawmaker home alive.
