Yesterday, Ile- Ife witnessed an influx of
dignitaries who went for the thanksgiving ceremony of the traditional wedding
of Ooni of Ile- Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi and Olori Wuraola.

The union between Ooni Ogunwusi and Olori Wuraola,
which occurred on Saturday in Benin, was described as a consolidation of the
age-long relationship between the Yorubas and people of Benin, Edo State.

Speaking at the event, dignitaries advised the
couple to put God first and employ proper communication to help foster a happy
home.

The Ooni, while appreciating God for a new
beginning, reiterated his commitment to the unity and progress of Yoruba nation.
