The
Federal Government has finally released Colonel Nicholas Ashinze, the former Military
Assistant to former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

Colonel Ashinze who was under the custody of the
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Military, has reunited
with his family.

Reportedly, Ashinze was received by a joyous
mother, brothers and children, after arriving home from months of detention.

Allegedly, EFCC and the Military had defiled a
court order of March 14, 2016, which directed them to release Colonel Ashinze.
