FG HASN’T DROPPED CHARGE AGAINST ORUBEBE- CCT

-       -   The code of conduct Tribunal (CCT), said on Monday that the Federal Government has not dropped the charge against the Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Mr Godsday Orubebe, as being speculated in the media.

-       -   Mr. Ibraheem Al-hassan, Head, Press and Public Relations of the CCT made this known in an issued press statement.

-       -   The case of Mr. Godsday Peter Orubebe before the CCT in charge No. CCT/ ABJ/ 02/ /15 is still ongoing, he said.

-        -  He concluded that the court only substituted the initial charge with a newly filed charge by the prosecution, in the last session held in March 8, 2016.
