FOUR VILLAGES IN OFFOT UKWA CLAN MAY BECOME EXTINCT

-      -      The clan head of Offot Ukwa clan in Uyo LGA, Etebom Sylvanus Okon, has warned of need for round table talk with management of Uniuyo, in a land dispute agreement.

-       -     The clan head cries out that four villages in his clan would go completely extinct if something tangible is not done about it.

-        -    He made this statement while interacting with the vice chancellor of the University, Professor Enefiok Essien, on a courtesy visit.

       -  The clan head said there was need for a meaningful dialogue to ensure that those villages are not completely wiped out, following the acquisition of their land for the university permanent site.
