GOVERNOR DICKSON URGES WORKERS TO REGISTER FOR BVN

-           Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson has said that only workers who have completed their Bank Verification Number (BVN) registration will receive their salaries at month end.

-          The Governor also warned those behind salary fraud to desist from it or be prepared to face the wrath of the law.

-          Governor Dickson , in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, spoke on a live radio interview programme on Tuesday.

-          Dickson said the technology and method used in the ongoing exercise would further reduce the wage bill of the state from its current N4 billion to a more realistic figure, stressing that his administration has good intentions for the state.
