The wife to Akwa Ibom Governor, Martha Udom
Emmanuel, has promised the establishment of vocational training centres in Eket
and Ikot Abasi Prisons.

Mrs. Martha Emmanuel disclosed this during her
visit to the reformative centres of the prison, where she donated food and
relief materials.

She implored the inmates not to give up on life
but to turn a new leaf.
