- The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have
agreed to reschedule exams for candidates who missed the Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME) due to relocation of centres by the board.
- About 59, 000 candidates in 15 states missed their
examination as a result of these relocations.
- The Registrar of the board, Prof Dibu Ojerinde noted that
out of 1, 546, 633 candidates who sat for the examination, 145, 704 candidates
had an issue of multiple results; which have been resolved by the board.
- He however noted that the make-up examinations would not
include those who missed the examination deliberately.
