KIDNAPPERS TO FACE DEATH SENTENCE IN OSUN

-          The Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Najeem Salaam, has said the Assembly will soon review its criminal law to stipulate death sentence for kidnapping in the state.

-          Najeem made this known when the new commandant of the Nigerian Security and civil defense corps visited him in his office in Osogbo.

-          He believes that the review will discourage kidnapping and other associated vices in the state.

-          According to him, the assembly wants to be proactive in making laws that will protect lives and property in the state.
