school, Ikpa Akpa Nkuk.

- The contract is said to be done without the
prescribed quantity of materials, specification and design.

- A source at the site revealed that apart from
being economical with the quantity of cement, the planks used for roofing are
said to be substandard which can easily cave in shortly after the contract is
delivered to the govt.
