NISER SEEKS BAILOUT FOR MANUFACTURING SECTOR




-          The Nigeria Institute for Social and Economic Research says Manufacturing Sector has taken a nosedive in its performance in the past three years in Nigeria.

-          The NISER confirmed a bail out is necessary to revive the sector.
-          Mr. Mike Onodje, Director economic management, centres for Management Development Lagos, called on Nigeria to institute effect credit control measure through the CBN to help its industries.
-          He added that the stagnating manufacturing performance has reflected in the falling rate of capacity utilization.
