The
Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) yesterday insisted that the driver of the
ill- fated accident that claimed the lives of the Minister of State for
Finance, Mr. James Ocholi, his wife and his son, had no Drivers’ Licence.

Ocholi, his wife and son died in an accident
along Kaduna Abuja Highway penultimate Sunday, while the driver and orderly
only sustained injuries.

FRSC Corps Marshal, Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi briefed
the Federal Executive Council, saying that the driver was not captured in the
Commission’s data.

At the weekend, friends of the driver, Taiwo
Elegbede, posted a copy o Elegbede’s Driver’s Licence on social media, which
allegedly expired on January 1, 2016.
