RETAIN PARTY CHAIRMANSHIP- SOUTH-WEST PDP TELLS NORTH

-           The South-West chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has agreed that the party’s chairmanship position should remain in the North.

-          Reportedly, the decision will make the party more appealing to all parts of the country.

-          PDP leaders from the South-West zone visited the PDP Chairman, Ali Modu Sherif, and disclosed that the emergence of a South-Westerner as the party chairman will portray PDP as a regional party.

-          The delegation led by Senator Buruji Kashamu, comprised PDP chairmen from all the South-West states.
