and joint security operatives in Rivers State.

intercepted during their operations in Egi area of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA and
there was heavy cross fire.

Spokesperson, Port Harcourt army barracks,
Captain Lazarus Eli confirmed the death of one, adding that he was a member of the
joint forces.

The security operatives, who were working in
preparation for the re-run elections, have reportedly returned calm to the area.
