Communications of Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED), Mr.
Jonah Iboma said that the activities of vandals within PHED network has plunged
the company’s esteemed customers into unwarranted darkness.

of the suspected vandal and deposited it at Emmanuel General Hospital.
