UYO TO HOST INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW

-           The South-South city of Uyo will make history in June, when it will host the first ever International Motor Show, expected to attract exhibitors and visitors from Nigeria’s automotive sector and West- African sub-region.

-          The maiden 2016 Uyo International Motor Show will feature the first ever West Africa Car of the Year (COTY) awards.

-          The 10-day event, from June 24 to July 2, has an estimated 5,000 00 visitors coming to view about 400 auto models to be displayed at the venue, Le’ Meridian Ibom Hotel and Gulf Resort.

-       The organizers of the event, Mr. Charles Essien, CEO Southfield Technologies, made the disclosure at a press briefing in Lagos.
