BLIND MAN APPOINTED AS BUHARI’S AIDE.

-          A visually impaired man, Dr. Samuel Ankeli appointed as Senior Special Assistant to the President.

-          Ankeli was saddled with the responsibility of dealing with people living with disabilities on the President’s behalf.

-          He headed the Directorate of Persons with Disability at the APC Presidential campaign headquarters.

-          He’s a Veterinary Doctor from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
