ALLEGED N2.81B EMBEZZLEMENT IN AKPOLY: RECTOR BREAKS THE ICE

-          The Rector of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, DR. Israel Affia has described news of his arrest by EFCC as laughable and lacking in fact.

-          Affia said that the aggrieved parties were bent on stalling his reappointment for second term as  rector AKWAPOLY.

-          Contrary to the report on the said malicious publication alleging his arrest by EFCC, Affia debunked such claims, but agreed that the EFCC actually paid the school a visit.

He restated his commitment on leaving the school better than he met it.
