HOUSE MEMBER ADVISES PROTESTING UKANAFUN WOMEN

 
      -          Honourable Otobong Akpan has appealed to the women not to take laws into their hands no matter the provocation
.

-          Akpan made the call when he received protesting women of the area under the aegis of coalition of ukanafun women.

-          The women were protesting alleged non-involvement in matters that concerns them by the ministry of women affairs and social welfare because of the activities of those they described as busy bodies.

-          Akpan told the aggrieved women that he was in the House of Assembly for them and other well meaning people of the local government area.
