UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE), PLACES SENATOR GODSWILL AKPABIO UNDER WATCH OVER N517M LOOT.

 

-        The United Arab Emirates have placed the former Governor of AKS, Senator Godswill Akpabio under intense watch for hiding N517m loot in the Middle East country.

-        Nigerian concord gathered that this bid was to prevent the senator from transferring the said looted funds to the Dominican Republic.

-        It was also gathered that security agents in Dubai have sent signals to EFCC to place the Senator under surveillance in Nigeria.

-        Akpabio is reported to have made failed attempt to transfer about N517million loot to the Dominican Republic.
