WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PUBLIC HEARING ON ANY AKHA BILL – SAVIOUR AKPAN

-          The Director of Community policing and Democratic Reforms, Mr. Saviour Akpan spoke on the recall of Bills not assented to in AKS.

-          Mr. Saviour said citizens should have access to every bill after first and second reading in the state legislative house.

-          He suggested a full newspaper advert for public input and constituency briefing.

-          He mentioned other policies not backed by law in AKS, like the compulsory and free education policy.
