COURT REJECTS FG’S REQUEST IN KANU’S TRIAL

-          FG requested to produce masked prosecution witnesses against Nnamdi Kanu.

-          Federal High Court in Abuja turned down the request.

-         Justice John Tsoho stated that demeanor is better observed by direct facial contact, but use of masks by witnesses will hinder demeanor.

-        Court granted the request of prosecuting council that the names and addresses of witnesses should not be made public.
