METUH WANTS EX-PRESIDENT AS WITNESS.

-          Chief Olisa Metuh has told EFCC that they cannot prosecute him without interrogating former President Goodluck Jonathan.

-          Dr. Jonathan is an indispensible person in order for a prima facie case to be present.
-          Metuh argued that the EFCC has not established a prima facie case against him.
-          Metuh had filed a no case submission asking to be discharged from the seven-count money laundering charge preferred against him and his company.
