Ibom State Government has failed in the 2015 transparency survey index.

The South- South Zonal launch of the 2015 survey
result organised by the Civil Resource Development and Documentation Centre
(CIRDDOC) revealed that Akwa Ibom Government scored an average of 29%.

The survey results revealed by the South- South
Zonal Consultant of the budget transparency survey, Dr. Ochechi Rex Ogbuagu
showed that Cross River State had the highest aggregate score.

Cross River scored 74%, followed by Rivers State
with 32.67% and Delta State had 29.33%. Akwa Ibom scored 29% Bayelsa State
22.67% and Edo State scored 8%, which was the lowest.
