A High
Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) yesterday ordered the EFCC to
immediately release Col. Ojobane Adegbe, former ADC to ex- President Goodluck
Jonathan.
-
Col. Adegbe had sued the Federal Government to
enforce his fundamental rights being allegedly violated by the EFCC.

According to the motion filed by his counsel, Adegbe
asked the court to order the government to pay him N100 million as general
damages for unlawful detention.
-
While delivering his ruling on the application,

hours without charging him to court and admonished the EFCC to observe her
