A Prosecution
Witness, Mrs. Olamide Odusanya in the ongoing trial of NIMASSA DG and six
others, has denied allegations of being a beneficiary of the alleged theft.

Odusanya disclosed that none of the companies
used in perpetrating the alleged fraud passed through their office.

Akpobolokemi and six others are being tried by
the court on 22- count charge bordering on allegations of conversion and theft
in the tune of N2.6 billion leveled against them by the EFCC.

Charged
alongside Akpobolokemi are Captain Ezekiel Agaba, Ekene Nwakuche, Governor
Juan, and three companies, namely Blockz and Stonz Limited, Kenzo Logistics
Limited and Al- Kenzo Logistic Limited.
