Two Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), Rickey
Tarfar and Dr. Joseph Nwoabike were yesterday, arraigned by the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), before the Lagos State High Court,
Igbosere, on charge bordering on bribery and falsehood.

Tarfa was arraigned on a 27-counts charge before
Justice A. A Akintoye. While Nwobike was docked before Justice Raliat Adebiyi
on 5-counts charge.

They both pleaded not guilty to the charges and
they were granted bail on self recognition.

The EFCC Prosecutor, Rotimi Oyedipo, alleged
that Tarfa, on February 10, 2016 failed to declare his assets in the
declaration of assets form that was issued to him by the agency when he was
arrested.
