immediate past Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, A’Ibom State Chapter; Comrade
Unyime Usoro has been appointed Hon. Special Adviser on Labour Matters to Gov.
Udom Emmanuel.

appointment was announced on Monday.

The
Etinan born labour activist whose tenure as Chairman of the NLC, witnessed
robust working relationship between the govt. of Chief Godswill Akpabio and
labour unions in the state is seen by many as the right man for the job.

According
to reports, Comrade Usoro is the right man to advise the Gov. on labour matters
having served as Secretary and Chairman of NLC for 16 years andchairman of NLC
(8 years each ).
