- The Chief Executive and National President of
Akwa Ibom Ofon-Ama Initiative, Ambassador Ukai Udeme Emmanuel has stoutly
dismissed allegation making the round that he has been financially rewarded by
- Governor Udom and that he has not paid allowances or salaries to the volunteers
in the group.

Amb. Emmanuel said that the group was set up
purely for selfless purposes and that it was a group which is meant to help
project, protect and build the state for a better tomorrow.

- He went further to reveal that the group has
over 4,000 volunteers which are into different aspect of social services in partnership
with Akwa Ibom State Government.

- Amb. Ukai invites all to Methodist Primary
School Itiam Etoi, along Oron road on 20th March for a thanksgiving.
