GROUP THREATHENS JULIUS BERGER ANTI-LOCAL CONTENT POLICY

   -    -    A political group, Association of PDP joint Revenue Agents (APJORA), River State Chapter threatens to disrupt the operations Julius Berger plc, in Akwa Ibom state over its non-compliance with the local content law and marginalization of indigenes in the state.

-      -    This is contained in a petition captioned, “Petition Against Looting and stealing by tricks/Request for thorough investigation of unlawful Acts/Practice of Chief Nnamdi Ogbogbo in Revenue collection from Julius Berger plc.”
-       -   The group identified one chief Nnamdi Oghogbo as a fraudulent agent who acts as intermediary between the people and the company.
-        -  The petition has been addressed to the Akwa Ibom State house of Assembly.
