A Methodist Church Cleric in Enugu, Rev. Charles
Nwaegbo has urged Christians in the country to use the holy week to pray for
improvements in Nigeria’s dwindling Economy.

Rev. Nwaegbo made the call during a sermon to
mark the Palm Sunday at the Central Methodist Church, Uwani, Enugu.

According to him, Palm Sunday signifies the
triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, and “a journey of an
accomplishment and victory by Jesus Christ.”

Nwaegbo urged Christians to march into the Holy
week with accomplishment and victory over the Nation’s bad economy.
