HOLY WEEK: CLERIC TASKS CHRISTIANS TO PRAY FOR IMPROVED ECONOMY



-          A Methodist Church Cleric in Enugu, Rev. Charles Nwaegbo has urged Christians in the country to use the holy week to pray for improvements in Nigeria’s dwindling Economy.

-          Rev. Nwaegbo made the call during a sermon to mark the Palm Sunday at the Central Methodist Church, Uwani, Enugu.
-          According to him, Palm Sunday signifies the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, and “a journey of an accomplishment and victory by Jesus Christ.”
-          Nwaegbo urged Christians to march into the Holy week with accomplishment and victory over the Nation’s bad economy.
