MAN IN COURT FOR ALLEGED THEFT OF REFRIGERATOR

-           A 29- year- old unemployed man, Tunde Kolawole was on Friday arraigned before a Badagry Chief Magistrate’s Court in Lagos, for allegedly stealing a refrigerator valued at N35, 000.00.

-          The accused, who lives at No. 4, Tera St, Idale, Badagry, is facing a one count charge of stealing.

-           The Prosecutor, Inspector Innocent Uko told the court that the accused allegedly stole the refrigerator on Feb. 27, from a shopping complex in Badagry.

-          The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.
