Senior Magistrate Court in Apapa, Lagos has remanded one
Chibuike Dike (33-years-old) in prison for sleeping with an eight year old
girl.
The accused pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of breach
of peace and defilement.
The prosecutor, Inspector Tony Elibeh informed the court
that the accused dragged the under-aged girl to his apartment and raped her.
The accused is to be remanded in custody till
