Explosion
rocked Tapa Street on Lagos Island, Friday, destroying residential buildings
from the resultant fire.

At least 15 vehicles were burnt by the fire that
was being battled by the Lagos State Fire Service.

It is alleged that the fire was caused by a
tanker loaded with 33, 000 litres of fuel.

The tanker reportedly veered off its lane and
rammed into Tapa Street, spilling its content on the ground.
