The legal tussle between Professor Gabriel Umoh
led Executive and Mr. Emmanuel Hogan has finally been laid to rest by a court
decision.

The judgment was announced by the Federal High
Court in Uyo, presided over by Justice I.L Ojukwu.

The judge ruled that the Umoh Headed executive
was illegal, null, void and unconstitutional.

He affirmed Emmanuel Hogan as the duly elected
president to run for a single four year term.
