39-year-old food vendor, Adegoke Omotosho told an Igando Customary Court in
Lagos that her husband’s girlfriend stole her underwear from her matrimonial
home.

The petitioner, Adegoke Omotosho also alleged
that her husband, Musiliu Omotosho is fond of bringing his lovers to their
one-room apartment.

Adegoke who is a mother of four, sought for the
dissolution of her marriage, on grounds of infidelity and lack of care.

The husband, Musiliu however denied all the
allegations, but told the court to plead with his wife not to sue for divorce,
as he still loves her.
