National Publicity of PDP, Chief Olisa Metuh has asked Justice Okon Abang of a
Federal HIGH Court, Abuja, to hands-off his case.

Metuh asked the Chief Judge of the High Court,
Justice Ibrahim Auta, to transfer his case file to another Judge.

At a resumed sitting yesterday, Justice Abang
drew the attention of parties to the case, to the petition Metuh had lodged
against him.

Abang who received a copy of Metuh’s petition
from the CJ, said he will not hands-off the case, because he fears no evil and
cannot be intimidated.
