WOMAN KILLED AS ANOTHER BUILDING COLLAPSES IN LAGOS

-           A two-storey building at 9 Alli Close, Mile 12, Lagos has collapsed, killing a 47-year-old woman.

-          The General Manager of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Mr. Michael Akindele who confirmed the incident, said a rescue operation was ongoing.

-          According to him, the collapse was a result of poor maintenance of the building.

-          Other occupants of the 16-room building have been evacuated and the building condoned-off for safety.
