ASSEMBLY GRANTS AKSG APPROVAL, TO SOURCE FOR LOAN.

-          The AKHA has authorized the State Government to obtain a N3.4 billion loan.

-          The loan is to enable the state government to meet her financial needs and obligations in the state.

-          The fund is to be used by the state government to settle her debts with the management of Akwa Savings and Loans Limited.

-          About N1.9 billion would be used for government participation in the UBE Counterpart Funding projects in the state.
