- Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, taking a retrospective look at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), concluded that the anti graft agency had become a toothless bulldog after the exit of the pioneer chairman, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

He made this known on the Occasion of his 79
th birthday celebration held at the International Conference Centre,
Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta.

He also said that during Ribadu’s tenure in EFCC
there was effectiveness and efficiency in the commission.
