- The House of Representatives has summoned the director general of the Department of State Services (DSS), Lawan Daura over invasion of Ekiti State House of Assembly.
- This followed the unanimous adoption of a motion raised by House Minority Leader, Rep. Leo Ogor of delta state.
- Ogor stated in his motion that the action contravened the rule of separation of powers.
- The Speaker, Yakubu Dogara referred the matter to the Committee on Public Safety and Intelligence for further investigation.
