COURT OEDERS SEIZURE OF TOMPOLO’S ASSETS

-           Tompolo forfeits multi- billion naira properties to the Federal Government.

-          Tompolo, former NIMASSA boss and eight others were accused of diversion of funds.

-      All the nation’s security agencies were involved in the search for  Tompolo, but his whereabouts were yet to be known.

-         All defence counsel opposed the motion Exparte which Kayemo drew court’s attention to, stressing that they were not served with copies of the motion.
