METUH FILES A NO CASE SUBMISSION

-           Says EFCC has no case against him.

-          Asks court to discharge him from the seven count charges preferred against him.

-          Metuh and his company Destra Investment Limited are standing trial on alleged N400 million money laundering.

-          A no case submission simply means that after the prosecution has closed its case, there is no evidence upon which, even if believed, the court can legally convict the accused person.
